Prevention of stress
First step is to identify source of stress and to work to remove it, or work on it’s prevention. If you think that you are not capable enough to do your job alone, try to find a way and improve yourself, of if there is some kind of conflict with your colleagues to solve it with talk or any other way which you find suitable for that. Combine it with healthy way of living, sports, or maybe some other activity you enjoy, and the aim is you feel happy. If you are not someone who is taking the initiative, than smart would be to remove yourself from stress cause.
That means that you occasionally give up of your ideas, asking others for help, and setting your borders and sticking to it. If any of this two option is not helpful and there is no adequate solution for your problem, the best thing is to ask your supervisor for help. It will not come to burnout if you occasionally work overtime or with maximum of your abilities. But, if you work for too long and under stressful conditions, and are unsatisfied with your work, you are probably on the way to create problem for yourself. And for others.
Advice on prevention of stress
That’s why I am suggesting you to try somehow to prevent it. If you have someone to give you trouble, go around him. Change the way you are behaving with him/her. Thank the result will come. Behavior to you will probably be changed. If you don’t like some part of your job, try to find help for it. Main thing is to somehow stress prevention.
What do you gain with stress prevention on your job? You get better day, better week, better year, better life, healthy future. You have to find a way for it, and you will be more satisfied for sure.
