Negative aspects of applying on every job ad
Even if it seems that if you fill more job applications and apply for more jobs, you will have more chances to get an answer from some employer and get a job offer. In reality, it’s very different. It can come to negative aspects. In reality you get your chances for job lower by yourself in that way. Main reason for that is that you show it’s not important to you what company, which position and it’s opposite. And most employers have need for good and focused employee.
Applying on big number of ads, especially with same CV, not made for that company, you mark yourself as person which have no interest or vision about yourself, and your professional development. With that “mark” it’s difficult to find great job and you will just make yourself unsatisfied.
From that way of applying it’s only worse if you apply at same company with same CV, not modifying it in a way to be more appropriate for every job. If you are employer, you would not take seriously if someone is applying for cleaner and manager.

When you see company that is interesting, find something about her, business ethic and standards and get connected to people who already work there. That is for the purpose of adjusting your resume to purposes of employer.

Find and point distinguish the solution
Try, while you analyse the company to find some problem in company everyday life and give them an answer for it with you knowledge and competence. Point it out to company and give them a solution. That will make them see that you are thinking about the company. And that will make you points instead of negative aspects of interview.
Put yourself in that desired company shoes
When you prepare yourself to apply for some job, you put yourself in reverse role. Compare you knowledge and skills with the skills and knowledge that they are looking for. It’s important to be objective about evaluation if you would (if you were employer) give job to someone who represent himself in that way. As like companies are looking for someone who who suits them the most for given job ad, it’s same like that you should find company who suits you the most. The best way for that is to search for thing about the company, corporate values etc. Find some companies that you have similar “life values” like you. You will get much less job ads to apply and you will have more chances to get desired job.
