How to get no experience job
How to get first job or how to get a no experience job?
Is there dream no experience job. Yes, but… At first we have to agree that everyone wants to work on easy and better paying job. And at very close distance of your home. With free weekend, paid vacation, normal working hours and to work on job that we always wanted. That we went to school for. And if we all pursue all this conditions no matter what, and for first job, we will achieve something. Being unemployed. But what if you cant find at first no experience dream job.
For that reason some positions are unfilled for some time. Criteria that you give to your future employer during the interview is part of the picture that he gets about you. And opposite way.
Many of young people dream that after graduation they will have their dream job waiting for them next day. And it’s just a dream. For most of them. For even average employer, you need to show many qualities so you could get that job. One of them is experience, that you don’t have. People often avoid to do some similar job, and “lose time”. And that is the first problem. In that way they would probably prove to future employer people that they are worth it, and they are right persons for the job. Even with another king job you will prove that you want to work and learn. More experience, the more options you will have on the other hand.
What about going to school for years and having no dream job after that? What now?
It’s great that you did. You will get your chance. But don’t expect that employers will fight for you unconditionally. You will fight for them too. Really fight. For your first job it will be most difficult. Especially that it will probably not be a no experience job. That’s why every experience you have will have. Even If you thing it is not needed. It is. So they can see that you are a serious person.
For the persons that are lucky to find dream job right away from school, super. Keep it. Show them that they made perfect choice choosing you. And upgrade you knowledge, team conduct, yourself as person.
