How much you know to do your job, remember that everyone has it’s way of making thing done, and you will learn it in few next months. Don’t start working with trying to change their way of doing, but you can express your fresh ideas, initiative.
Smile, be positive, get to know you colleague. It’s very important to see at the beginning who is your authority and who is trying to get you to do their job for free. Most important thing is to try to avoid to complaining on your coworkers, boss, ex job etc.
Be aware and work responsible concerning doing you job, good relationship with your colleagues and your superior, ask for help if you need one, just to make things done in correct way

Overachieving is very welcome from the stand of you company owner or your boss. Why? It is most profitable for them. More and more doing with same pay. Perfect. I guess you should concentrate to your target. Achieving it means you are satisfying you boss with perfect score. What if you overachieve? His appetite will grow. Sky high. And that is not in your interest. Because pressure will grow. Good results are in everyone interest. But not the pressure. That is why it is important to have constant target achievement but not constant overachievement.
