What is job burnout?
If you are burning out on work you should know this. Job burnout is a special type of job stress, modern one, state of physical, emotional or mental exhaustion that will make you doubt your competence and the value of your work.
Where is burning out on work most common?
Fast grow of companies, quantity of work, jobs, and redistribution of responsibility etc. are symptoms that are very stressful for every individual employee, and creating “Burnout Syndrome”. It is created as consequence of all time unsatisfied work conditions (work place, job, work surroundings ) in a long time period, which are accumulated in feeling that we loose control. Result is big mood change and behavior change which are not usual for us.
Burnout is progressive loosing of energy, enthusiasm, and meaningfulness as result of frustrations and work stress. Burnout is not same as tiredness. Tiredness does not include change of conditions for some topics and behavior with clients.
Do persons get burnout syndrome depends of multiple factors, and concerns people personality. Stable persons and personality in employee are with less chance to get burned, but they get with it too.
Than, what to do? You should avoid burning out on work. Than does not mean that you should avoid working in your time. That means, that you should relax more. Go have some sports, and some pleasure every day in you life. Alone, with your current friends, make new friends, learn new skills and stuff. That will all take your mind of problems. And it will clear your mind. Problems will still be there tomorrow, but you will feel differently. I bet you will be more relaxed. And on a plus side, you will learn something new, meet new people etc. It is you or problems. Don’t choose problems. No need for that.
